1. HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE?You can book directly through our website by selecting the service you need and submitting your booking request. Once your request is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all the details.

2. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?Yes, most of our services require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in person on the day of your service.

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?If you need to cancel your service, please notify us as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, you will receive a credit for the amount paid that can be applied toward any of our services in the future.

4. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?No, we do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly provide a credit that you can use for any of our services at a later date. This credit does not expire.
